Experience & Education

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing (University of Miami) and an entrepreneurial background, with 25 years of successfully operating a privately-held, family company in the transportation and travel services industries. At C&J Companies, my responsibilities included day-to-day operations, equipment financing, sales management, real estate investment and strategic development. Owning and operating multiple businesses provided a solid foundation and seamless transition into a residential brokerage career. I am well versed in all aspects of the real estate business from commercial and residential development to leasing and long-term investment. Since joining Tate & Foss Sotheby’s International Realty, I have been a top producer and achieved the firm’s highest annual sales volume on multiple occasions. In 2013, I welcomed the opportunity to purchase the highly regarded company from founder Ned Tate, become Principal Broker and reposition the firm for continued success into the future. It has been an exciting journey.

Community & Personality

I grew up in a large family of entrepreneurs in Dover NH and am a lifelong resident of the Seacoast area. Karin and I have lived in Rye Beach for 20 years, which we chose for its small town feel, beaches and golfing. It’s also a great place to enjoy cycling, swimming and walking, and offers exceptional quality of life. I proudly support many local organizations and charities, including Rye Public Library, NHSPCA, Portsmouth Pro Musica, Rye Little League, Cross Roads House and the NH Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. I’m a member of the 100 Club, Red House, Abenaqui Country Club, Music Hall, Portsmouth Country Club and Seacoast Sports Center.
